Shipping policy

Shipping | Please allow up to 48hrs for orders to be processed and shipped. Shipping only available in the US. Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination. Tracking confirmation is sent by text or email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email sales@hoodphenomenon.com for further assistance.

Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.

We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

Delivery | Having issues? Contact your carrier with tracking information. If your order is delayed, or an attempted delivery was noted, but no delivery or notice, please contact USPS or your local mail carrier immediately.
